The site preparation of the elevation of Rivé Isle completely eliminates the need
for flood insurance.
Will there be additional amenities in Rivé Isle?
We are currently in the final stages of designs and plans for a river lodge, boat
ramp and dock facility on the Manatee River.
How long before I have to close on my home site?
Buyer will have approximately 90 days from date of contract.
Are there going to be architectural standards for Rivé Isle?
Yes, there will be stringent architectural standards so all homes in Rivé Isle will be
compatible and aesthetically pleasing. For more information please speak to the
sales staff. "Standards" will be completed and ready for review before contracting
of lots.

Do you have models?
The construction on models will begin soon. However, all of our builders have
models in other communities that you can view.
What are the amenities at Rivé Isle?
We are not only a boating community, but we have a private Country Club, Fitness
Center, Jr. Olympic pool and lighted har-tru tennis courts. We have limited
charter golf memberships available also.
Is membership in River Wilderness Country Club mandatory with the
purchase of a lot?
The option is yours. There are also options should you choose to join. There are
several levels of memberships from full membership to basic social memberships.
