We always knew that Rivé Isle was a special place. Our dream was to create an island paradise; a private guard gated golfing and boating community like no other. We wanted the property to feature estate-sized home sites with breathtaking views of nature preserves and the peaceful waters of the Manatee River. To enhance the natural beauty inspired by the majestic moss-hung oaks, we envisioned gently winding cobblestone paths, flowing fountains and classically design bridges.

It was also important to us, that in developing Rivé Isle, great care be taken to create uncompromised facilities for living while maintaining the natural environment - expressing good stewardship for the land while enhancing the quality of life - for both the residents and the wildlife with which we share this special place. Hundreds of acres of land, including an adjacent island, had to be protected with conservation easements. Throughout the community we planned boardwalks and nature trails for property owners to interact with the environment.

After five years in the making, the dream became a reality.
